Among the events we offer are workshops in dynamic leadership development, communication, and team building. We can even customize a workshop for your specific needs. We are also one of the most flexible leadership building facilities you’ll find–we can offer you a single day’s event or a retreat that lasts up to a week.

For example, our dynamic leadership development workshop is a two to five day course that looks at the key concepts of leadership put into action. We do this first by teaching about management theory, then by engaging in real-life simulations. This workshop is ideal for companies that want to improve leadership among their management teams.

TLC also offers more traditional team-building events like ropes courses, challenge excursions, and team scavenger quests. We have a variety of meal and lodging options, so we can work with you to make your retreat exactly what you want it to be.
