Hot Box

Just what is the Hot Box? It is a self contained primary wiring system with everything you need to make the electrical connections between your starter and lighting coil equipped engine and the rest of your aircraft. Don’t worry about complex installation procedures though–at Kuntzleman we have carefully designed the Hot Box to reduce any difficulties you might experience during set up.

It is a simple three step process. First, mount the Hot Box securely in place. Next, connect the color coded wires and cables to the engine, battery, and starter. To finish, simply connect two wires from each accessory or accessory switch to the conveniently labeled terminal strips. Check the connections one last time, and you are ready to go.
