Golden Rule Training Resources leads Northern California team building events that are both experiential and interactive. We’re known for creating team building programs that are as entertaining as they are effective. Our events are so much fun that they are a perfect way to reward a hardworking team after completing an important project or weathering a crucial transition.

While our Northern California team building events are always enjoyable and hands-on learning experiences, we don’t shy away from addressing tricky, troublesome issues. At Golden Rule, we believe that having fun and addressing serious issues can and should happen simultaneously. Take the issues of burnout and stress-related pain, for instance. Claire Cohn’s groundbreaking program, “Team Resiliency,” addresses these topics in an enjoyable, gratifying, and immediate way.

Facilitator Kim Marie Rebeiro’s program, “Building Blocks for a Better Team,” empowers participants to turn the pitfalls of diversity into the building blocks of strong, flexible teamwork. Differences in ethnicity, gender, religion, and age are acknowledged and explored. The result is a stronger team that communicates more clearly.
