Unlike so many other meeting facilitators and team building consultants, Golden Rule’s consultants lead their own, proprietary programs. Consultants don’t lead events written and created by other people. Rather, they lead one of a kind programs that they created themselves–programs they passionately believe in, and which they are uniquely qualified to lead.

For example, take consultant Paul Cicco’s program, Team Rhythm. In this experiential team building program, participants create music together in four, distinct phases. Each musical phase corresponds with a phase of successful team building. Paul Cicco is supremely qualified to lead his proprietary program; he is both a management trainer and a professional jazz musician.

Our team building consultants are not just passionate and creative; they’re also highly experienced. Sue Walden, creator of Insanely Great Teamwork!, has taught for more than 20 years, and is the Founder / Director of the not-for-profit group ImprovWorks. Steve Krieger, creator of the Electric Maze program, has been a professional team building consultant since the 1980s. Program director Claire Cohn, MA, BFA, and creator of Team Energetics©, has more than 15 years experience as a team building consultant.
