Take Steve Krieger’s Gold of the Desert Kings®, for instance. This team exercise uses imagination and make believe to build team skills with distinctly real-world applications. During this exciting, four-hour long program, participants divide into teams, attempting to safely traverse a desert and mine a fortune of gold. Each team’s limited budget and resources, plus the dangerous conditions of the desert, create a high pressure situation that will be familiar to anyone who has worked in corporate America.

Because it’s an interactive game, Gold of the Desert Kings® remains fun and exciting throughout.
