Diversity Workshops

InterPlay’s workshops are based on theatre techniques and exercises that stimulate creativity and a full exploration of the imagination. We create a safe and fun environment that helps participants to relax and stay open to new possibilities. Our exercises encourage interaction and open communication that addresses diversity issues, both negative and positive.

Our diversity training workshops aim to raise awareness and understanding for cross-cultural issues as well as for areas of sexual orientation, age, gender, ethnicity, race, religion and mental or physical disability. InterPlay’s interactive exercises will also help participants become aware of biased behavior and unconscious discrimination. Ongoing discriminatory behavior can threaten the stability of an entire company or group organization.

InterPlay’s diversity workshops are custom-designed to meet the individual needs of your company or organization. For example, you can request particular workshops based on sexual harassment, racial discrimination or the exploration of cultural differences. Then, we will tailor the topic more specifically for the individual participants of the workshops.

We will also choose interactive theatre games and dialogue exercises that best suit the topic of the workshop and your environment.
