InterPlay promotes continuous development and growth by providing interactive training workshops for the trainer. Employees are encouraged to embrace diversity topics as they participate in our diversity training workshops, but we also design workshops for the managers and trainers within your company. Our “train the trainer” training programs show your management team how to teach and lead diversity workshops for your other employees, but they also help to prepare and educate in order to build strong management teams.
