Bazzill Cardstock
by Staff Writer
Bazzill Basics Paper was established in Arizona by Doug and Marti Jones in 1999. In just a few short years, it has grown to be one of the most widely recognized and admired purveyors of fine paper products, which are now distributed throughout North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and Asia. In 2005, their acid-free monochromatic card stock won the Grand Prize in the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Magazine Reader’s Choice Awards.
At Jackkyll Scraps, I have an amazing collection of Bazzill card stock, available in both single sheets and multi-packs. The multi-packs are an excellent way to have more colors on hand while spending less! For instance, Bazzill offers monochromatic packs, five sheets each of five colors in the same family, ranging from the most delicate pastels to the most intense hues, that offer a significant discount off the single-sheet price.
My inventory also includes Monochromatic Trios, five sheets each of three colors, and bright, textured Criss-Cross Trios. Just looking at these colors makes me happy! The grass cloth-textured Bazzill Fourz packs include five sheets each of four colors.
In addition to these monochromatic packs, Bazzill also offers two great collections of papers of various colors. Places We Love, inspired by landscapes such as Martha’s Vineyard and the Florida Keys, offers five sheets each of five colors. Inspirations packs vary in the number of sheets, number of colors and cost. They include new textures such as washboard and orange peel. You’re going to love these!
