Bulk Cardstock

There’s no other baby in the world like yours. So why would you want your baby announcements to be any less unique? With a bulk package of cardstock from Jackkyll Scraps, you can make baby announcements that will both express your personal style and be wonderful keepsakes for family, friends, and that beautiful baby when he or she grows up.

Let’s start with colors. Store-bought birth announcements seem limited to pink, pastel blue and yellow, but I have an amazing palette for you to choose from. I love primary colors for children, but let your imagination run wild. Maybe purple is your color, or spring green. Or maybe you’d like something muted and sophisticated–perhaps a textured paper in subtle tones. Of course, I have scads of delicate pastels, too, if you prefer.

Here’s just one idea for your special announcement. Using whatever palette you prefer, design your card and cut out a frame overlay. Then choose your favorite from those many pictures of your new arrival, get color Xeroxes made, and slip them into the frames. You might want to tie a tiny ribbon bow on the top of baby’s head, or spell out the newcomer’s name in letter beads.
