Pronghorn Hunting

Featured on the television shows Cabela’s Outfitters Journal and Texas Trophy Hunters, our pronghorn antelope hunting expeditions offer some of the best hunting experiences in the country. At Desert Safaris, we know our clients want only the best bucks to show for their efforts. To ensure that you come away with a true trophy pronghorn, we provide experienced guides and an exceptional range of hunting property comprising over 250,000 acres of prime land.

Because we have access to nine different sites in four West Texas counties, we can easily follow the pronghorn herds as they roam the terrain. Each hunt is conducted using authentic safari-style techniques and covers up to 100 square miles of land. We survey up to 200 animals per day, seeking out a mature buck with ideal mass, prong size, and body length.

Each of our pronghorn hunts includes three days of hunting and three nights of lodging, typically in a well-appointed motel located only 15 minutes from our ranch location. Delicious food is prepared by our chuck wagon chef at the base camp, with three daily meals included in the price of the trip. Also included is 2×1 guide service and professional handling of your trophies in the field. Should you wish to harvest Aoudad sheep or javelina in addition to pronghorn, you are welcome to do so on a trophy fee basis.
