About Our Cookie Company
The Warm Cookie was founded in 2002 by the mother-daughter team of Jacque Ryan and April Palaferri. With a talent for making gourmet quality cookies and a desire to share this talent with others, The Warm Cookie was devised as a means to this end. And it wasn’t long before our very first customers were coming back for more.

There are several things that make The Warm Cookie a superior cookie company. For instance, we use only the very freshest of ingredients, and we never use preservatives. If that seems unusual, it may be because we bake our cookies only once they’ve been ordered. That means that when you order cookies from us, you can be assured they’ll be fresh and delicious!

Another advantage to doing business with us is our impressive selection of made-to-order cookies and cookie packaging. We offer some of the traditional favorites, such as chocolate chip, double chocolate walnut and peanut butter, as well as seasonal cookies and family specialties.
