In the world of combat, a leader who says one thing and does another, or one who ducks responsibility and only offers criticism of his inferiors is destined to fail. When people’s lives are on the line, a good leader must have a heightened awareness and know exactly what every person’s role should be. He or she must be able to delegate responsibility in an effective way, but also be willing to get in the trenches alongside his or her team when the situation calls for it.

Our Execution Transformation Program is designed to help you integrate our Flawless Execution Model into your company’s work strategy. The program includes a planning workshop where you’ll devise a 90-day execution plan using the same methods that fighter pilots use. This workshop is followed by 30, 60 and 90 day mini debriefs and then a final company-wide intense debrief . We implement our Lessons Learned System to make sure that your employees have easy access to the information they learned in the debrief.
